We are looking for Deputy Archivist.       

 

Job Summary

·         Maintain and manage documents.

·         Safe custody of all materials in archives.

·         Receiving documents and materials from staff for archiving.

·         Indexing of documents in archives.

·         Verify the documents at the time of receipt.

·         Ensure that procedures carried out in archives comply with the OECD GLP Principle & SOP's.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Responsible for archiving and retrieving all data.

·         Establish effective communications with Study Directors, Quality Assurance and other key study personnel. 

·         Ensure that all raw data, documentation, final reports and samples collected from the study are retained. 

·         Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the archive.

·         Ensure that materials retained in the archive are appropriately indexed to permit expeditious retrieval. 

·         Ensure that records, raw data and samples are retained by the protocol.

 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·         Any degree.

·         Retired person from Puducherry.

·         Good English communication.
